I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I bought a device that worked for only a few hours and then stopped completely the first time I tried to charge it. When I returned, the same person who had convinced me to buy this more expensive product — claiming it was better than the one I originally came for — refused to provide any real support.

Instead, he offered me just 10% off if I bought another one, which made no sense since the product clearly had a defect. He didn’t even test the device I brought back, and he admitted he had only been selling that brand for less than a month, so he didn’t know much about it. On top of that, the store also sells products at big discounts that are already expired — and the employee himself admitted they could taste bad or not work properly.

Since I don’t live in the area and was only there for a project, driving almost an hour back for such poor service was extremely frustrating. A store should stand behind the products they recommend and sell, but here they simply didn’t care. I would not recommend this place.
